us on being one of the few companies with no violations/fines for three years in
a row! We take the time to do it right!

Just wanted to drop a note to say what a pleasure it
was to deal with Air Castles and Slides.
From filling out the request for information form, to
speaking with your office on the phone, to the bouncer set-up and disassembly,
everything was efficient, easy and professional. Every one I spoke with was
friendly, and took the time to address all my questions and concerns.
On the day of the party, the bouncer and attendant
turned up at 11:00 am on the nose and were set up in no time. Our attendant,
Kyle, was as nice with the kids as he could have been, while at the same time
monitoring their behavior while in the bouncer and keeping them in line. We
realized the safety of all the children was his main concern when he pulled
our overly rambunctious nephew, Matthew, out for rough behavior (trust me,
it's not the first time Matthew has been sidelined, and it won't be the
last ).
We will absolutely use Air Castles and Slides again,
and will highly recommend you to our family and friends.

for the wonderful job they did at my son and daughters birthday party on
Saturday the 29th. The children at the party had a wonderful time! The staff
was exceptionally professional, patient, kind and just all and out great! I

I just wanted to say thank you
for such a professional and well run company. The rental process was easy,
efficient and well worth it. The online training was very helpful. I read
the material and thankfully was well prepared when we lost power. The
castle began to deflate and parents panicked. However, as a
Certified Supervisor (which I bragged about the entire party),
I was able to keep the parents calm while having enough time to get the kids
out safely. Prior to the outage, parents teased that I had to take a test
and I was so serious about my whistle, after the incident, we all
appreciated my ability to handle the situation calmly.
Thanks again, the castle was a
huge success.

what a truly wonderful time the kids had at the party this weekend and it was
in a large part due to the Colossal 5 in 1 inflatable we rented from your
company this past weekend. My husband and I were originally worried about it

Your Mighty Castle was better than expected. It
looked great and I noticed that it was very clean and in great shape.
The attendant you provided was
wonderful. He was attentive and was able to gently correct the children to
ensure their safety. We appreciated his courtesy and attention to the kids. He
made sure that the smaller children were protected by having the older kids sit
out while they jumped. We also had two disabled children attend our party who
were able to take short turns and I saw the sheer joy on their faces.
